Delivery

We do not offer a courier service. We use our own transport and can only cover certain areas. We cannot offer a timed service and will deliver when we have a van in your area.

Our vans leave the warehouse full. They will not leave until the maximum load has been reached for each vehicle. We apologise if this causes a delay in delivery. We will of course endeavour to reduce this and deliver the order as soon as possible. 

Payment is required on delivery. We accept card or cash. Payment can also be made via card using a secure link sent to your phone/email also.

A delivery charge of £18 is applicable to all deliveries. Please check if we cover your area.

Our products are delivered frozen, with exception of the dried treats.

Collections

Orders for collection should be placed online.

If you wish to pay on collection, please be advised that your order will only be held for 48 hours (not including Sunday). After this it will be cancelled.

Please note the following collection times:

Monday – Friday

9am – 12pm

1pm – 3.30pm

4pm – 5pm

Please stay by your car and a member of staff will assist you.

DO NOT ENTER THE WAREHOUSE – We have heavy machinery, forklifts and a slippery floor.
