We are currently using our own transport. There are areas that we cannot cover now. Acceptance of an order is subject to us already covering that area.
We cannot be held responsible for any aspect of the order not being delivered because of incorrect information being provided.

Deliveries outside of the following postcode areas; DY / WV / WS / B / WR are subject to a minimum order of 10 boxes this must be a combination of any completes or complementary chubs (not including treats).
Confirmation of Order
You will be sent confirmation of your full order details. We accept Cash, Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo and Mastercard. Payment is required on or before delivery/collection.

Events Beyond our Control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, or accident.
Returns / Cancellations / Substitutions
Only faulty food can be accepted for return to be investigated. We cannot accept returns of food simply because your dog does not like it.
You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and return of the goods in these circumstances.
When delivery of the goods is made to the buyer’s address, the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. All delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Birmingham Raw Pet Food Ltd will not be liable in any way whatsoever if delivery times or dates are not met for whatever reason.
We cannot accept cancellations on the day of delivery on frozen products.
Prices are subject to alteration by the Birmingham Raw Pet Food Ltd without notice.
If you wish to return faulty frozen products to us, you should advise us of you intention to do so within 48 hours.
If an alternative is offered at a higher price and accepted, then the higher price is payable.
All purchases should be checked prior to departure / on delivery to ensure accuracy.
Damages or shortages on a delivery should be reported within 12 hours.
Returns should be made in their original, undamaged packaging, within 10 working days of your receiving the goods or on the next scheduled delivery date. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods should you use a courier other than our transport. Frozen products must be kept frozen, so appropriate transport must be sorted to preserve the products condition otherwise no credit will be given and the delivery charge is non-refundable. Goods should be returned to Birmingham Raw Pet Food Ltd, Mayfield Farm, Canal Side, Hopwood B48 7AA. Refunds will be given only in respect of goods returned that are damaged and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We have zero-tolerance for any abuse directed towards any member of staff in person, via social media, email, or phone.
We will close the accounts of those individuals/stockists concerned.
