1Do you deliver?

Deliveries outside of the following postcode areas: DY / WV / WS / B / WR will be trade orders only.

2Can I collect my order on Saturday?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Saturday collections. You can collect you order Monday-Friday: 8am - 12pm, 1pm - 3.30pm & 4pm - 5pm.

3How do I open a trade account?

At the moment we are not taking on any new stockists, but please let us have your details and we will advise when we are able to.

4Do you offer credit terms?

We do not offer credit terms.  

5How can I pay?

You can pay in several ways; card, cash, secure link or bank transfer.

6Do I have to pay for my order online?

All orders with the exception of trade customers need to be paid for at checkout. 

7Can I return the food I bought as my dog does not like it?

You cannot return food simply because your dog does not like it.

8I was given the wrong food, what do I do?

You need to advise us within 24 hours and we will replace / refund the food. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
